This policy explains how Omnium Construction (9282-3095 QC INC.) collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal information of visitors to this website and people who contact us for a quote. It applies only to the website at https://omniumconstruction.com.
Who is responsible for your information
Omnium Construction is responsible for the personal information it collects. Under Québec's Law 25 (Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector), the person with the highest authority in the company acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information, unless that role is delegated in writing. Information we collect
We collect information two ways:
- Directly, when you give it to us. The quote-request form collects your name, phone number, email, address, project type and a description of the project. These fields are necessary to evaluate your request and respond to you.
- Automatically, through cookies, only if you consent. If you accept the "Analytics" and/or "Marketing" categories in the consent banner, anonymized browsing data (pages visited, device, referral source) and, where applicable, advertising data may be collected. See the "Cookies" section below for details.
We do not collect any financial or payment information through this site.
Why we collect this information
- To respond to your quote request and communicate with you about it;
- To plan, carry out and invoice work if a business relationship results;
- To meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations;
- If you consent: to measure site traffic to improve it, and to measure/personalize our advertising.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making without human involvement.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared with the following providers, only to the extent needed to run the site and respond to you:

Analytics and Marketing cookies are only set if the corresponding integration is enabled and you've given consent; as of this writing, neither integration is active on the site.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, plus the period required by our applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations. After that, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and applies strict security headers (content security policy, protection against being embedded in an external frame, etc.). Access to the information you send us is limited to team members who need it to process your request.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and applicable federal law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected;
- Withdraw your consent to cookie collection at any time ("Manage cookies");
- Request the cessation of dissemination or de-indexing of information about you, in the cases provided by law;
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights haven't been respected.

Children's information
This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time, notably when adding a new measurement or advertising tool. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
