Site walk-through, measurements, sync with your architect if applicable. Detailed written estimate in 5 business days.
Contract & permits
Standard RBQ contract. We file permits, lock in the schedule, align the specialty trades.
Jobsite
Weekly photo update. Site meeting every two weeks. Mobile app to track milestones and budget.
Signed handover
Final inspection, punch list cleared, one-year written workmanship warranty active. We stay reachable well beyond delivery.

There isn't one. Whether it's a full reconstruction or a small, well-defined project, every job is assessed on its actual scope and gets the same care. That's exactly what the twenty-minute first call is for — framing your project and your budget, with no commitment on your end.
After the site visit, you get a written estimate within 5 business days. Once the contract is signed, the start date mostly depends on city permits and our schedule — typically a few weeks out. For disaster reconstruction, we treat it as the emergency it is and mobilize much faster.
A one-year written workmanship warranty, active from signed handover, on top of the legal guarantees that apply in Québec. We're RBQ-licensed (5681-7406-01) and bonded, with full jobsite insurance current. And we stay reachable well beyond delivery.

Progressive billing tied to contract milestones: a deposit at signing, payments as the work advances, and the balance at signed handover. Everything is spelled out in the standard RBQ contract, and you track the budget in real time through our mobile app.
